http://www.cornucopia.org/2013/05/the-governments-looming-crackdown-on-raw-milk-cheese/

Why is our government so retarded about things like raw milk, yet they let us consume harmful chemicals and preservatives?

It bothers me more that you can buy as many military grade weapons as you want, but get caught with one of these and its off to prison with you

Kinder eggs aren't protected by the constitution, don't go there.

However, I do agree that they shouldn't be banned.

Why does this peanut butter not just contain peanuts and salt?

There are more brands in the US that contain just peanuts and salt than otherwise...

People need to justify their jobs. That's the absolute long and the short of it. People don't give one shit. They'd probably gun you down if they had the chance. But they will pretend to do their job so they don't get laid off.

because it's for corporate serfs. Wherever you bought that, assuming it wasn't a dollar store, literally move your eyes two or three brand over and find the real peanut butter. OR grind your own peanut butter, ya cunt.

Established dairy companies lobby for the ban to remain in place. It keeps competition down since they already only make pasteurized cheese.

Because it has to be packaged, shipped and sit on shelves for months, be subject to moderate temperature fluctuations and have light shining on it and have a consistent and uniform texture and flavour at all times with almost a 0% error margin

The raw milk ban is retarded but don't be a faggot about it.

>> No.6915164

Because it's far easier to control which chemicals are used in processing than it is in raw milk. Who knows what diseases the animals were suffering from or whether the product was contaminated or not.
I support cheese made with raw milk though, seems rather obnoxious to ban fully grown adults from choosing to eat it.

everyone knows why. the problem is that some cheeses, infact a whole lot of them, can only be made from raw milk.

just as we are allowed to consume raw meat if we choose to, we should also be allowed to decide if we are willing to risk raw cheese.
