Yes.

That jacket is advertising King Cobra malt liquor. It's commonly sold in what's called a "40" (e.g. 40 oz bottle). It's cheap shit for bums and drunks. You'd never find it at a restaurant, even a cheap one. It's sold in convenience stores.
