Those look like bagel bites. I tried a few of those out last weekend at like 3am in the morning for a snack, followed the instructions, 2 minutes in the microwave and the fucking things turned to coal.

I opened my microwave and smoke was billowing out, it took a couple days to clear out the smell and the microwave. I'm luckey the damn fire alarms didn't go off.

As it turns out the crust is one of the most important parts of a za and by radically changing it you get different types of za.
