For deep dish of the same size, you need 200g at a minimum. And around 60 grams of butter, and a bit of parmesan. I'm not even factoring in the excess of tomato you need.

For a full on 14" deep dish, a single slice is worse for you and less filling than an entire 10" regular pizza.

That's Chicago deep dish. I don't see a lot of it in California. Some chains might offer a poor imitation, but most respectable pizza places won't do this style of pizza.
