Totals are 189g carbs, 1620 cals, 123g protein, 37g fat per day. I can’t find any better for the price, if someone can improve this please tell me.

this hits all macros for me except a little wiggle room for carbs and calories which is a perfect hole to fit beer and looking around for a perfect with high alcohol content and low calories, i found Beck's Premier Light and Natural Ice it has just enough that i can fit 2 of either of these in each day and everything be perfect

This week, though, I won't be doing much shopping as I'm currently loaded for bear. I'll need some milk by Wednseday, though.

What I always make sure to have on-hand:

pantry:
dried: lentils, chickpeas and at least two other varieties of beans/pulses, quick oats, barley, long grain rice, sweet rice, pastas, various veg, kelp, various chillies and various spices.

flours: plain/AP, chickpea (or lentil), masa, potato, strong/bread, cornflour/cornstarch, cornmeal and coarse semolina

stock cubes/powders: veg, mushroom, chicken, pork, lamb/goat/mutton, fish, crab, prawn/shrimp, ham, beef

tinned veg: tomatoes, peas and beets only

freezer:
seafood, fruits (both bought-frozen and bough-fresh-and-home-frozen), various meats (bought fresh, home-frozen), various sausages, various veg (home-grown or bought fresh, home-frozen with only peas, corn kernels and pearl onions being bought frozen).

fridge:
milk, cheeses, chocolate (it's too hot to leave out), various fresh veg but always carrots and celery, various home-dried herbs (they keep bright in the fridge, even if dry), dried seafoods, eggs, various fresh herbs, various homemade pickles, various soya bean pastes

larder/root cellar:
onions, potatoes, garlic, young ginger, keyroot/temukunci/temukunchi (I don't know the English word for it), young galanga and fresh turmeric root

Any time I run low on any of those, I buy more and if I happen to see a good deal while I'm at the grocer's, I grab that, too.

one way to improve this would be variety
replacing chicken breast with protein shakes gives you a lot of freedom regarding meal planning and is cheaper too

myprotein is a lot more expensive in the united states apparently but it still beats ON and other popular brands
you're looking at about 2 euros for 100 grams of protein which should be cheaper than chicken

have some pancakes or noodles instead and a big ass protein shake

on a side note im not really sure how much you weight but 1600 calories is really little
