Ay lads; I don't post here but I'd like to make a request: What's a good recipe book for the healthy, active man? I'd like meals that are both nutritious and tasty, but affordable. Any help would be appreciated :)

look dawg, we see this kind of thread multiple times a week, and to be honest it's getting old. but I'll give you the same answer I give every single other person that asks this question. It's not a book, rather it's a website that curates hundreds and hundreds of food blogs, yummly.com. it's pretty health focused and you can find a good recipe for pretty much anything you desire.

Cheers for the reply mate. I understand what it's like having your board getting constant question threads, but unfortunately your board has no sticky to guide new kids like me

Cheap, healthy and easy to make: Fried rice

Cook some rice.
Cut onion and some fresh garlic.
Heat a bit of butter in a pan, fry the onion and the garlic until its slightly browned smelling delicious.
Turn heat down to medium, add rice, stir.
Add 2 eggs, keep stirring.
Add some soy sauce and and pepper to taste.
Serve.

You can also put in some meat or veggies if you like, fry them up before you add the rice.

Too add to what this anon has posted: Cold rice is best for this. Cook rice one day, make fried rice the next

You cant just add weed into a brownie recipe like that and expect pot brownies
You need to extract the thc from the plant

This

If you extracted the thc into the oil you use tho..

Nigga something's wrong with that.

The milk and oil SHOULD be enough to get it out since THC is fat soluble, but you are still going to have a lot of green flakes in it. 3 minutes probably aren't enough anyway, huh.
My recommendation, whenever you're baking, use hash instead of weed. It's far easier.

Put some sweet-ish chili hot sauce when you stir it together.
