Are this things good for your body?

I heard they help if you have stomach problems.

>> No.6849154

Yogurt is my go-to for days after I throw up and my stomach feels awful, so I expect these are equally easy on the gut.

will they fix my pancreatic cancer?

iirc they have a disproportionate amount of sugar but they do have lactobacillus which may help with your digestion

but unless you're a fuckin weeb or you like the taste of the stuff plain yogurt would be just as healthy if not healthier. look into other lacto fermented foods like sauerkraut or kimchi if you're interested in that kind of stuff

I read the culture isn't as large as it should be to be useful. It has to get past your stomach acid before it has a chance to settle in your intestines.

I've heard that if you worship crystals and pray to space alien lizard people that you'll be cured of all ills. You might want to try that out, ride some unicorns and worship rainbows while your at it for good measure.

So you think there's something mystical about the very idea that boosting your gut flora might help with digestion?

I've never done heroin but I've read that it only happens the first time. Don't become some drug addict though, for the short time that you have left being a crack baby or heroin scag doesn't seem like much fun. I think I'd hit Rio and bang some hot Brasilian babes.

Good old fashioned gallows humor never hurt anyone, but yeah parents don't like that.

How about a good old sea shanty?

>Which disease ?

Paroxysmal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria.

My red blood cells lack a protein that protects them from them from the body's immune system. My body breaks down my red blood cells.

Causes chronic anemia, which can kill you and almost killed me before I was hospitalised, and it also causes blood clots - a pulmonary embolism being the reason I was hospitalised in the first place - but they don't know why.

But I've just started treatment so it'll keep the anemia under control for the most part and blood thinners should reduce the risk of spontaneous death from a blood clot.
