Hey /ck/, do you know any good recipes for halibut? Fresh caught and sitting around in my freezer, at about 1.5 pounds per fillet, and 6 fillets total.

fry in butter, serve with poached jersey royal potatoes and french haricots verts dressed with melted butter and lemon juice, sea salt and white pepper.

Baste the fillet with butter whilst cooking.

This is a breddy gud idea. Halibut is a light fish that takes well to light frying and basting.

Use oil/ butter/ ghee of your choice.

Fry coins of raw chorizo with fine dice bell pepper.

Move to sides of skillet and hard fry your halibut fillet.

Flip contents of pan over a plate of wilted spinach.
