>> No.6813205

If says 200. do maximum 250/275.
And for the first half of the cooking time cover it with foil. Removing the foil for the last Half,to give it that crust.

It doesnt work like that...

by the way your top noodles will get burn to a crisp if there isnt any sauce for them to bake in

>> No.6813438

>>6813431
If it worked like that I guess you could also bake it at 800 degrees for 11 minutes, or even 4000 degrees for 2 minutes

Why wouldn't you use bechamel? Thats the traditional way to make it.

How do I eat lasagna without it falling apart? Even if I miraculously transfer a piece to my plate without half the layers sliding out and staying in the tray, they slide out as soon as I stick a fork in. Lubricated tectonic plates

You forgot to tell him to not use metallic bakeware in the microwave.

Make it a day ahead, let it cool, put it in the fridge overnight, reheat. Being left to set will firm it up some.

Your problem is that your lasagna is too moist. If you use thicker sauce or drier noodles, you'll get a more cohesive result. You putting zucchini in it or something?

I've already made without precooking the noodles, using a thin sauce. It takes like an hour to bake, though.

lasagna is so easy. i even put the pasta in raw with a little extra sauce and it comes out great.

Depends on the region of Italy. Other than the mozzarella, my region uses no dairy at all, ricotta, besciamella or otherwise.

>>6815512
Different parts of Italy do it differently. Some use beef mince. Other use tiny meatballs. My area uses pulled beef brisket. It varies considerably and I'm not sure which is the original.
Abroad, the most common one is lasagne alla bolognese, with beef mince and besciamella.
