God I hate this shit. It's replaced whipped cream vodka as the disgusting drink everyone seems to enjoy. It's not whiskey. It's not even liquor. It's unpleasantly sweet and tastes like crushed up cinnamon almonds mixed with a Chinese persons urine. I hate this and people who purchase it.

Incidentally, today someone at work was talking about how their sister drank three whole shots of it and absolutely died. Fucking PLEBS.

Maybe I'm just mad because on a long bus ride to Toronto this shit was the only stuff I had and I associate it with that experience but everything I said above is still valid.

I think it's too sugary, but I really think it's decent in concept. Try cutting a bottle of Fireball with a bottle of actual whiskey and try it, it's actually very enjoyable. The spices still come through strong but the thick, sugary flavor is toned down to a much better level.

Well crafted home-made grappa is something to behold!
On the other hand, if it's not made properly, it's just poison.

Not in the traditional bottle, where's the dick?
Also pisco sours are awesome.

I'll do you one better: Take a bottle of high proof whiskey (the turkey is fine, but if you're on a budget get Fighting Cock 6 year, can be had for as little as 15 bucks if you're in the right store) and soak some ceylon cinnamon sticks (the feathery crumbly ones from the mexican aisle) in it for a few days. I don't find that i need to leave them in there for long, shit infuses fast. Strain it and add in 1/3 as much simple syrup, and you've got yourself a nice, not overly sweet cinnamon liq that turns all those recipes for fireball your friends will ask you for into something you can stand to drink too.

Not sure why but I like Jack Daniel's Tennessee fire way better than Fireball.
