I know they think I'm a bitch, but my potato and faux seafood salad I actually ask the deli person to bring out the box and give me my portions from there. I'd do like 50% bowtie pasta, 40% the O pasta, 10% the chickpea thing (way too high a chickpea ratio to eat it alone), and none of the rice. Cold rice salads at a buffet just scream out "leftover from last night's dinner buffet", and leftover rice is particularly prone to food poisoning.
