These weren't from a street vendor, but they were some of the best tacos I've had. In order from front to back: lengua, mollejas, and tripas. Just added some chopped white onion and cilantro.

I lived in Arlington, Texas for 20 years but I worked in Dallas and Fort Worth. Mexicans commonly rent out a section of gas stations and sell tacos. They're typically a buck a piece and many have a wide variety. Beef tongue, pork brains, your common types, etc. I don't think I could find better in Mexico City since these people are from there and everywhere else in Mexico.
