Anything soft can be eaten silently as long as it's not in loud packaging like a bag of crisps or biscuits, and you're chewing with your mouth closed and not smacking your lips, or rattling silverware against your teeth or plate/bowl. I reckon the best examples would be:
yoghurt
boiled eggs
pasta
sandwiches with no crunchy salad
rice dishes
soup/stew
jelly candy

You might also want to invest in plastic cutlery and/or plates/bowls. That would be much quieter than metal on crockery.

If you want to eat crisps or something in noisy packaging, get a pair of scissors and a plate/bowl. Cut the packaging open with the scissors and pour the contents into the bowl. Place the packaging in the bin without scrunching it up of course.

I've lived with two people who seemed to eat as loudly as possible, no matter what they were eating. They'd open their mouth as wide as possible when chewing, like a damn 2 year old. I couldn't be in the same room when they were doing this. I hope you're not doing this OP.
