Cookies and cream is my favorite but I do like mint chocolate chip. I also like any ice cream that has those fudge ribbons that are kind of chewy but melt in your mouth. Also peppermint.

I'm making banana/coconut ice cream tomorrow or Sunday.

Sugar, freshly powdered, 90g
Salt, freshly powdered along with the sugar, a pinch
Banana, 400g
Coconut cream, 350ml
>I prefer Kati brand, which is 23% fat (!) and, at room temperature, is about as thick as whipped butter
Water, 50ml
Yellow food colouring, to suit

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blitz smooth.
Pour into ice cream maker as per manufacturer's instructions.
Pour out finished ice cream into a container and freeze at least 4hrs before enjoying.
Enjoy ice cream.

It's vegan if you care about that. I don't. I care just that it's delicious, because it is. Seriously one of the best ice creams ever. So. Fucking. Good.
