Ive been having people request me make tenders and /ck/ usually have the best methods. I have no idea how to make a tender. School me on some essential chicken tender methods. I dont have a deep fryer btw

Pot of hot oil heated to 350-375 degrees using a thermometer. Probably peanut oil.

Get tenderloins, find batter recipe, dredge them in flour then the batter. Or dredge in flour then egg then bread crumbs, egg again, more crumbs.

You may need fry then bake them if frying them burns the outside before cooking the middle

if frying burns the outside before the inside is cooked your temp is too high. You can't fry then bake. It makes it stringy and nasty.
