I like some kinds of plain gin, but gin and tonic is the way to go.

The only vodka I enjoy is Stoli, either straight or with a few ice cubes. Most mixed drinks involving soda or juice disgust me.

I always see them portrayed as places where one just goes in and can get any specific drink they think of, and the bartender mixes it together.
Surely they can't have a menu for ALL THAT SHIT. So how does it work?
