I like to add an egg and some frozen broccoli in the final minute of cooking while its in the pot. After its in a bowl I'll add canned diced chicken, Sambal Oelek, and a single drop of sesame oil. Oh and sometimes I'll fill a bowl with baby spinach and pour the hot broth and noodles on top of it so it'll wilt and get all mixed in.
Honestly theres no reason why ramen can't be a rich and filling meal

Make sure you boil/fry the noodles separately and add to the broth instead of just adding the stock into the water you cooked the noodles in.

Neither am I so I just fry an egg(Sunnyside or scrambled) and put it on top. I normally put a pinch of salt and pepper and a tab bit of cayenne to spice the egg. Probably not the best way but its the way I like it so.
