3 of my go to recipes:

Chicken breast - pan seared.
Mix peanut butter, a bit of coconut milk, a dash of curry and some hot sauce.

Combine, eat.

Avocado. Soft boiled egg.
Mix mayo with grain mustard, a dash of honey, add a bit of water to thin it a bit.
Combine, eat.

Sweet potatoes. Peel, cut, toss in olive oïl, add salt, Pepper and thyme, bake in oven until golden outside and soft Inside. Eat with a seared meat of your choice.

7th week of SL 5x5 here, squatting 90kgs, OHP 44kgs and deadlifting 100kg tonight.

Well you adapt the quantity to your needs.
I eat the same wether I'm cutting or bulking, for instance yesterday I did the chicken breast recipe (with tikka spices instead of just curry), since I'm bulking I made 2 breasts and added half an avocado on the side.
Were I cutting I'd just have one.

I do a variation with chopped up (cooked) chicken breasts, no flour, tastes good.

Download myfitnesspal and eat whatever you want as long as you hit your calories and protein stir fry is easy tasry and healthy, but you can cut on mcdicks and whey if you really want. Probably feel like shit and have terrible skin though
