Ground up and reconstituted into crab cakes. I highly recommend Atlantic Red Crab over Blue crab. Much cheaper, more sustainable and, in my opinion, makes a better crab cake. Blue is still king when it comes to lump meat though.

Im with this guy crab cakes are delicious. Whenever i catch crabs, i live clean them, wash out all the gookey shit. After that i fry them in a pan with, minced garlic till it gets kinda burnt and really starts to have a good smell, and eat them like that.
