What is the best thing to order off the menu at Red Lobster?

Also why are the Lobsters out front in the tank not red like the ones served on your plate?

Raw (i.e. live) lobster is blue/black colour. When cooked the blue/black pigment is dissolved leaving pink/red pigment that was there all along visible.
