Lots of people come here asking about careers in cooking, but what about grocery stores? Who here wants to own a grocery store?

Other hospitality ideas: hotels, restaurant supply store, culinary instructor, health department inspector, truck driver for a food service distributor, liquor store, etc.

Well, I have a lot more ideas. For instance, you could make confections. I suppose that falls under "cooking", but it's a lot different than the "I want to be a baker/butcher/line cook" we get on here.
