lol'd.

I'm moving out of this shithole state tomorrow morning. Fuck California, its stupid inhabitants, and fuck this drought nonsense. Who thought it was a good idea to set up civilization in a desert? Everyone here is drunk on the constant sunshine. They don't see the impending destruction of all they've built in the coming years.

If I'm at work I drink out of a huge-ass vacuum-insulated water bottle (keeps drink cold when I'm on the line), but I drink about the equivalent of eight or nine glasses of water a day on average.

I work at Wendy's and they have 40 of cups and filtered water.... God I must drink like five of those in a few hours it's so delicious. I also always keep a Brita pitcher in the fridge and fill it a few times daily.

My roommate literally NEVER drinks water. If he does it's with those shitty kool aid squirt things. I've never understood ppl who say "I don't like water"

Water is the only drink I drink for thirst, and I'm too cheap to keep drinks just for flavour. I drink coffee and alcohol, other than that I only drink water. I'll have a coke every once in a while.

>> No.6617333

I live in an area with extremely hard, limey water that still tastes mediocre when filtered. It's good on ice.

I've had some stellar fucking water, though. It's natural filtration really makes all the difference-- pretty much any water that naturally and slowly flows from the top of a mountain within small cracks and through multiple layers and grains of sediment is going to be god-tier purity.

There are spots along the blue ridge mountains in NC where you can just go and drink the water as it falls from the cracks, and it tastes pure like no other.

It's really fine. In Vegas, where most of the Nevadan population lives, there's a lot of runoff from the snow on the nearby mountains that fills Lake Mead along with the water that's been dammed. I don't know how Reno's doing but hey, fuck Reno.

Also fuck Vegas, it's a goddamn hellhole in the 5 month 95+ degree summer and outside of the gaudy Strip it's all hideous beige faux-Tuscan and faux-Pueblo style houses. We should have just let Mexico keep its damn land.
