A truck that served army field rations from WW1 and WW2 from any of the various armies. I'm often the cook at reenactments so I'm used to making some baller stews and such out in the field.

One of my favorites: Panzer Stew

1 onion
1 large spoonful of flour
3 potatoes
1 dollop of butter
2 cups of beef stock

Saute the onions in the butter until brown, then add flour. Pour in beef stock and stir. Then add potatoes, cover and let simmer about a half hour. Season with salt and pepper or any herbs you want.

Shit's baller. Now think of an entire food truck serving that.
