You take the watermelon out of the fridge, you put the watermelon back into the fridge.

How fucking hard is this to understand?

Yeah, I cut it up, put it in a gallon bag and dump vodka over it. The remaining liquid is for cocktails.

Huh. I've never eaten them myself but apparently watermelons have 31 grams of protein for a one cup serving, numerous aminos, minerals, vitamin B, and healthy fats.

Very well, carry on with your watermelon eating ways.

It never occured to me to eat them until I saw bags of them for sale at asian grocery stores.

It's funny because most seeds and nuts are great nutruitionally, but most people don't look that way at watermelon seeds at all. Maybe it has to do with childhood game of spitting watermelon seeds or the old wives tale of watermelon seeds growing in your stomach.

I hate their texture in the fruit though..
Is toasting them good?

>> No.6588184

>>6588182
No, try it in a smoothie. I love the taste of watermelon but hate the texture. Best way I found to consume them.

fifteenspatula's has a a good watermelon smoothie recipe, basically requires you to cut the watermelon up into squares, freeze, then blend, no sugar or water/ice. there are more precise instructions on the website, there's also a video too.
