ITT definitive food products.

When you're buying it, you're buying this brand, always and forever, amen. The alternatives don't even compare.

Maybe in America, because all the other brands are so shit but I avoid Heinz whenever I can when I'm abroad. The other ketchups are so much better

Also: Brands you avoid.

I find the CG MandMs to have too much of an in your face vibe that I would never invite them into my house. Chocolate should be relaxed and wanting to be eaten.

I don't think they have more pronounced vinegar. It's more that they use less sugar. Heinz had some different ketchups offered, and I tried a 75% less sugar kind (because like you, yay vinegar). I was actually impressed. You might like to try it.

The cheap ass dollar bread store had Hunt's No HFCS, and I actually got used to that for awhile. Pretty good. So cheap thanks to day old breadstore prices.

Flame me if you want, but if I had to pick one hot sauce to survive an apocalyptic Hot Sauce War, it would be this one.

It's the most versatile out of all of them. Its simplicity makes it work where more complicated sauces like Cholula or Tapatio wouldn't. It works in Italian, Mexican, salads, sandwiches, breakfast, anything you can think of.

Amen, hands down my favorite big brand mayo. The taste is good, but more than that, it has the perfect texture. Shit like Heinz has way too creamy a texture.

That being said I go to Heinz for my ketchup. Mustard is a mixed bag, it depends on the type of mustard I want. I love Coleman's English Mustard, and go to Heinz for spicy brown, French's for just regular yellow, and a local brand for Dijon.

It comes in such small packaging too. I really wish I could get bigger jars of it. I mean, I don't need some huge barrel of this shit, but at least a proper jar of it, not that tiny little vial it comes in, something the size of my fist at least.

But that's for a completely different reason. I don't want to buy a different kind of ketchup that may suck. I don't have the money, nor the nerve to buy ketchup just to throw it away because it doesn't taste decent.

Freaking out about ketchup is a very repugnican thing to do. More specifically, it's a very 2004-era repugnican thing to do. It's the kind of thing you get from sound bite politics, hence, a partisan, petty piece of garbage.

So yes, it follows you must be a repugnican. Or at least, you were, at one point in your life. Perhaps that point at which your political ideas ossified and you stopped paying attention to anything other than some internet echo chamber where you listen to like minded idiots whine about the war on christmas and whatever other outdated trivial nonsense a political scientist came up with 10 to 15 years ago to win over people like you.

Being informed is not "freaking out"

Thinking about childish political factoids from an election that happened 11 years ago when you see a picture of ketchup is freaking out.

Also jalapeno is seriously the shittiest of all chiles, only a white person would think it's a good thing to put in ketchup.
