While you're technically right, I can assure you that I don't miss them.

I used a similar thingy to sell sandwiches with homemade sandwich meats and cold drinks when I was at university.
I made at least $150 each day doing that. That's after all licenses, certs, food costs etc were paid for. $150 daily of declared income. Not a whole lot of money, but to a college kid, it was plenty.
