What does /ck/ think of the new specialty cheese, like bleu, swiss, etc? I don't mean the regular normal cheese but that real fancy kind that just came out last year. I know it sounds gross but try it, you might like it!

Alot of it is too stinky but I love pepper jack. Lately spicy things have been really interesting to me though. I think it's part of having an adult palette.
