How many honks should I give my French bread for extra crusty roles? My starter's name is D'Marqus by the way.

You need to honk 3 times per 100g of dough

I'm afraid my neighbors will call the police if I honk more than 10 times; I'm using a train horn. Will 10 be enough for 500 grams?

2-3 hhonks per cup for cupcakes, I'm unfamiliar with honking a loaf though. I would think a long sustained honk would be better suited, maybe a ten second blast.

You need to honk with your rear.

As many as possible. There is a point of diminishing returns, but you can't ever truly give too many. There is only enough and not enough, so give it as many honks as possible.

At the absolute minimum you should give 4.5 honks per 15.75 grams of milligrams of dough. Again, take care not to undershoot.

You really need a steady hand to do this, though. A sustained honk can be really taxing on the gluten connections. You don't want to overhonk.
