What's the best Taco Bell item? What's your style? I'm new to it and want to know what to get.

I've had Crunchwrap Supreme (8.5/10), Steak Chalupa (8/10), Crunchy taco (7/10), Doritos Locos Tacos OG and Cool Ranch (8/10), Diablo Sauce (9/10), Fire Sauce (8/10), Chicken Quesarito with nacho cheese (5/10), and Frito Burrito with shredded instead of nacho (9/10).

As a general rule, when there's nacho cheese on their stuff, I get it substituted with the shredded.

My favorite in years was the Cantina Steak Burrito. They changed it recently and I was a little surprised. It had black beans, seasoned rice, corn, some dark greens, I think "cantina sauce" and of course strips of steak, What you get now is puny in comparison. Size was changed as well. They used to measure around 8-9 inches long and 5-6 in girth. I think the closest quantity wise now is the XXL grilled stuffed burritos, but those are terribly slapped together and boring.

current faves would have to be the breakfast items sausage morning wrap, chicken biscuit w/ sweet and spicy sauce and those damned cinnaballs.

It may just be my typical drive thru, but the 7 Layers have gone down hill in recent years it seems also.

I do want to try the Quesolupa thing coming soon though.

The food storage situation was bad at Wal-Mart and I wasn't a fan of McDonalds so my only option was Taco Bell. I virtually ate it 4-5 times a week. I always got the 5-Layer Beef Bean Burrito.

The Meximelt is one of few Taco Bell items whose strength comes from an abundance of real (well, real for TB) cheese. Most of their other stuff uses nacho cheese. It's melty and delicious, oddly addicting in its simplicity.
