What foods give you a case of the nuclear bubbleguts?

For me is has to be any mexican food with unnecessarily hot and spicy flavors like the classic beef taco from taco bell with the supernaturally fiery 'fire hot sauce'

It's not an issue of weak stomachs. It's actually a benefit, really. People who eat lots of fast food, retain whatever is needed in your gut bacteria, in order to keep having it. But if you get away from fast food for a good while, say a month or two, and then come back to it, you too will find your bowels trying to rapidly evacuate themselves. Why is this happening? Because dumdum, fast food is usually ultra processed "meat" with all kinds of "safe" fillers, added to it, to make the "meat" more filling. This, is at the cost of quality and nutrition, dumdum.
