My parents bought nothing but this shit when I lived with them. I did not taste real mashed potatoes until I was 14 years old (not exaggerating here) and had them at a friends house. Blew my fucking mind, for some reason I just assumed everyone else ate the same shit that my parents bought, didn't question it. My parents don't even put butter in it, and use water instead of milk. Usually too much water because they can't be bothered to measure it out so it would be prison-tier slop. Anyway. Turns out mashed potatoes are actually fantastic.

I came over and made them dinner a few months back including some very simple sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, which they raved about and even asked for the recipe, but never made, and continue eating instant potatoes.

Only one New York style pizza place in the commiefornia city that I'm in. The pizzas from there are so greasy that the toppings fall right off when you pick up a slice, and the crust has ash on it because of the brick oven that they use, but it's the best damn pizza around.
