You are disgusting, don't know how to cook, come from a lower-to-lower-middle class American background and are entirely oblivious to just how ashamed you should feel for thinking it good enough to share.

I feel :-( for you.

Cut the soup and the milk.

Get some fresh mushrooms, onions and sour cream instead.

Cook the Porkchops first, then remove them from the pan, and put them in the oven on low heat. Stir fry the onions, then add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add some garlic if you like it (fresh garlic, not powder, you uncultured swine!), turn down the heat and add the sour cream. Stir well, add a pinch of sugar, taste it. Put porkchops on top of rice, add mushroom cream sauce, serve.

Looking alright, OP. Add a veg and that's an honest meal.

Here's mine:
Cilantro lime rice: Small pot on med-high. Sautee poblano pepper strips and garlic in a olive oil. Add veg stock, cilantro, lime zest, and minute rice. Bring to boil for 5 minutes and set aside

Beefy bean filling: Sautee diced onion and mushrooms with a bay leaf, add marmite, black beans and pink beans, a little veg stock to thin it out. Remove bay leaf, mash beans up, add cumin, coriander, oregano, set aside.

Red sauce: grind guagillo and ancho chilies in spice grinder. Small sauce pot, add veg stock and powdered chillies. Simmer for a while.

Ensemble: in the center of a single tortilla add a layer or rice mixture, then a layer of shredded cheese, and a final layer of bean mash. Fold in the edges and roll up like a burrito. Set into a casserole dish it lasagna dish. Repeat until you have a uniform single layer of burritos. Smother with red sauce, top with cheese.

Here you could probably just place under a broiler until cheese is bubbly and serve.

I freeze them though, then bake for 35-45 minutes at 450 covered until the last 10 minutes

here is how i make corned beef
>several hours before hand rub with brown sugar and lemon juice.
>cut carrots, celery, and shallots into bite sized pieces.
>place corned beef into large pot fat side down.
>add chopped vegetables.
>add crushed garlic and some thyme.
>cover completely with water.
>bring water to a boil.
>boil for 3 to 4 hours or until tender (depending on size of meat)
a good way to test if its done or not is to stab it with a fork. if you can stab it and pull the fork back out with no resistance from the beef then it is done.
>strain water
>serve with vegetables and your choice of side dishes.

I feel you bro. I can't stand porkchops just because my mom always made them so very dry.

I make a similar dish with chicken thighs. I use sour cream instead of milk and add 1/2 cup of white wine. I also add carmelized onions and sauteed mushrooms.

Simple, cheap, tasty, and filling. Perfect mid week meal with leftovers for lunch the next day.

this really.

I'm sure it tastes good op, and I'm not trying to squash any enthusiasm here, but any recipe that includes a can of soup as an ingredient is one I will never be able to take seriously.

Adapted from the thugkitchen recipe, chickpea burritos redux;

1.125 cup long grain rice
1 cup salsa of choice
1 teaspoon butter
~2 cups chicken stock
1 bell pepper
1 medium-large golden onion
1 large head of broccoli
1 can garbonzos - or if using dried beans, 1 cup
1 can pintos - likewise
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
.5 teaspoon coriander
black pepper
.5 lime
~6 very large tortillas

Brown the rice in a large wok, melting the butter into it. Once browned, add the chicken stock and salsa. Then either cook the mix in the wok, or in a rice cooker if you are feeling lazy.

Drain and rinse the beans, then toss them in a large mixing bowl. Dice the pepper & onion into roughly garbanzo-sized pieces. Cut the broccoli into florets of similar size. Add the veggies to the mixing bowl. Then, add the oil and soy sauce. Then add the spices and mix it all until everything is evenly coated. Transfer the veggie mix into a large baking tray and cook at 425 fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes. When it's done, squeeze the lime over it and mix it up a bit.

Grab a tortilla, add some rice and some veggies. Garnish with cilantro or basil, then roll it into a burrito and claim victory.

1 chicken breast filleted and cut into bite sized pieces marinated in soy sauce, a little sesame oil, a little mustard for fun for 30 minutes or until you finish chopping veggies
chop 1 whole white or yellow onion
julienne 1 bell pepper (I like using red for color)
halve a 1/4 c of snow peas or sugar snap peas
quarter about 6 medium mushrooms (I use crimini but round white or button are fine too)
2 or 3 cloves of garlic chopped or minced, whatever you feel like doing
Either a homemade or store bought stir fry sauce. The kind in the picture is really good tho

- throw some long grain brown rice in a pot and cook that shit
- get out your huge stir fry pan and heat it pretty fucking high
- put sesame oil in it and when it starts to smoke a little throw in the garlic and chicken. Do not save the marinade leftover unless you want salmonella
- after chicken is done, remove from heat while keeping in as much oil, garlic, and chicken juice as possible. Add your veggies in batches so it doesn't crowd the pan and saute
- add chicken back into the mix and add your stir fry sauce. simmer for a few minutes
- serve over rice

That does sound pretty good, that's good hangover food. I'd put that on an Italian bread and make a sammach out of it.
