I eat roughly the same very things ever day. Very little variation, the most drastic change is probably not eating at all.

Pictured is ground turkey seasoned with fennel, paprika, some bit of lemongrass, garlic, habanero peppers, and lime juice. Probably onion as well, I can't remember, fairly sure I put some onion.

Turkey was mainly simmered. Bit of boiling towards the beginning. Then I mixed it with green beans and garbanzo beans. Some of those spheres aren't actually garbanzos though, they're fresh mozzarella pearls. Same general shape and size, so it's neat to occasionally get one instead.

Recently I made a variant without garbanzos and seasoning with peach, mango, pineapple, and lots of diced fresh ginger rhizome. That was pretty good.

I cooked American food today: chili macaroni bake from scratch (save mixing my own chili powder and making my own pasta).

I know it's basically Hamburger Helper (HH is a ready meal Americans eat; it might be the most popular ready meal in the whole of the US after Kraft Dinner/Macaroni and Cheese) but homemade, but it tastes better than any storebought quickfix I've ever tried. We don't have HH in my country, though.

I portioned off the cooked casserole into containers. I can take a picture of one of the containers if anyone would like to see. It's very, very delicious and cost me near nothing to put together.

Sorry for the delay (again).
It looked great piping hot outta the oven but I've gotta admit that all the pics I took of it just now make it look like slop. Nevertheless, it tastes really rather nice.
Here the recipe I made up for it, in case anyone's interested:

Flour, quarter cup
Oil, quarter cup
Chili powder, 5tbsp
Cumin powder, 3tbsp
Beef, 1lb
>either cut into strips and tenderised or plain, lean mince
Onion, chopped, 1 large
Green bell pepper, chopped, 2-3 large
Salt, as necessary
Tomato juice, 1 litre/quart
Par-cooked pasta, yield from 1lb dry
Mozzarella, low moisture, shredded, 1lb

Cook flour and oil as well as chili and cumin powders over high heat until a smooth paste.
Add beef, onion and bell pepper, salt generously and stir into the paste until meat's about halfway cooked through, then off the heat.
Keep stirring until the sizzling stops then add the tomato juice.
Set back to high heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly in order to evenly dissolve and distribute the flour paste.
When thickened to desired consistency, off the heat, adjust salt and seasoning to taste and set aside.
Put pasta in a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella.
Top with beefy saucy chili thing.
Stir to evenly distribute and mix everything together.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
