I cooked this for about 8 hours, chef.

Its a pretty small pork belly so I didn't cook it as long. Dry rub first, then put it in a really hot oven or about 20 minutes. Take pork belly out, put it on top of vegetables and put it back in around 350 F for 1-2 hours depending on how big the meat is. Then I finish by turning the oven high again fro another 20 minutes.
