Hey /ck/ my girlfriend is returning from New York on Sunday (Ausfags here), and I'm looking for ideas of what to cook for her.
She complained about hating most of the food in New York because there's sugar and fat in everything and you can't get any quality vegetables and fruits anywhere, so I was thinking of cooking something really fresh and healthy for her, but I'm at a loss what to cook.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

hereeeee's a reeeeecipe I think your girlfriend will love

go to the store and find your favorite, freshest salad greens. any will do

some blueberries. blueberries may not be in season where you live, if they aren't skip to the end

gorgonzola or blue cheese

walnuts or pecans

then for the vinaigrette, grab some carrots and ginger, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and olive oil. this is a vinaigrette your girlfriend will really like I think

once you have everything, chop the nuts and toast them slightly. then for the vinaigrette, make a carrot and ginger puree adding olive oil until the consistency is something you like. add the vinegar and sugar to taste

crumble the cheese

then take everything and put it in a big fat fuckin dog bowl for your girlfriend you filthy normal. put it on the porch in the rain for her to eat out of, like a horrible normie dog

Make an actual complex salad, hell even a "raw lasagne" (essentially layered tomato salad on thinly sliced zucchini or cucumber strips). Lamb is on sale these days and Lamb always goes down well with complex salads.
