I've recently acquired 1,5Kg of cold smoked reindeer sirloin and I have no idea what to do with it.

I've been thinking about that but, I have my own doubts If it's worth to transform such pieces of meat in "shredded barf", no offense. I've had sautéed reindeer before and I'd like to try something else. Thanks for the heads up anyway.

get some tortillas dice it up really finely and mix with some eggs. You could add jalapeno and onion if you like. Make sure to add black pepper. Warm up the tortillas. Get some hot sauce.
