I like grilling mushrooms a lot. It's morel season now, so I'll be making some tomorrow night. Otherwise simple steak (I prefer it without sauces or anything like that), and BBQ chicken. I get a lot of compliments on my chicken, but I don't do anything special to it other than use like a whole damn bottle of sauce.
