The Zax sauce is okay, but their hot sauces are fantastic. All the heat levels are good, they all have a nice vinegar and herb flavor you don't usually get from buffalo sauce, and the hotter ones are actually really hot for a fast food place.

Holy fuck - soybean oil does not make a sauce folks. The shit is nasty. Real dressings and sauces won't have that in it - make your own ranch or blue cheese or any of these.

I get it's fast food condiments, but in all honesty... ketchup and hot sauce are about all I can use from fast food.

It's close to what I do, I tweaked it a touch...more habanero sauce, a littly less corn syrup. You can probably find better or adjust yourself.

I froze some and have kept some in the fridge for months and it's stays fine.

Only thing good about it is when I get delivery and it spills in my pizza and I tell the delivery driving that I refuse to pay for a pizza soaked in butter, because I hate butter and I asked for them to NOT put it in my box.

He calls the manager and the pizza is free. Don't worry, I tip the driver for my free pizza. Not to give you shit, but I really hate that stuff.
