What does /ck/ like to do with pic related? I like to mix it with mayo and valentina black label for a delicious spicy tuna salad kind of thing, toss in veggies if you're feeling adventurous.

I never get the stuff in water. I always go for tuna in olive oil. Tastes much better, and eliminates the need for mayo. Good quality tuna in olive oil can go straight onto bread. It's also very good in a white bean salad with parsley, red onion, capers and a little vinegar.

I like to make some rice and mix the tuna in rice then add chicken stock.

I mix it with spicy mustard, cut up carrots & celery, sometimes truly bacon in a bowl. Spoon on to piece of lettuce and eat. Breddy gud. Or I'll make tuna wraps or a tuna burger.

Hard boil 2 eggs, scoop out the yolks into a bowl with drained tuna & onions. Chop up the whites and add them to the bowl along with mayo, mustard, maybe hot sauce, any seasonings you want and stir together. Devour out the bowl or make a couple of sandwiches out of them

I've become addicted to chamjijeon, Korean tuna fish pancake. I also make tuna salad, replacing mayo with olive oil, red wine vinegar and a scoop of Greek yogurt. All the creamy tanginess of mayo with none of the inflammation.

>what is selenium
>what is binding affinity

the only reason this isn't given publicity in the media is because of overfishing; if fear will make people eat less fish, why make them question what they currently believe to be true?

When aid packages are sent to Africa, they usually have a picture of the contents on the package because few Africans can read English.

A jar of baby food had a picture of a baby on it, leading to a lot of Africans to believe the jar actually contained human flesh.

I like my tuna salad with a bit of miracle whip or mayo, chopped celery, onions, dill relish, and black pepper.

Put that between two pieces of toasted bread and you've got yourself lunch.
