Eh, probably semi-legitimate. On the burgers pictured at a picnic, it'd be tasty. In some baked mac and cheese, I think it'd be pretty good.

It's nothing fancy, of course, and other cheeses might be a better fit for a lot of meals. But it's not kraft singles and it'd still lend some flavor without being overwhelming.
