I've never enjoyed bagged pork rinds. They're only great when they're fresh. The best ones I've had were from some weird little roadside stand in the mountains of Costa Rica. It was pouring outside, and we had been working all day, and a beer and some pork rings with boiled manioc and a little lime was the best way to end that day. Still one of my best birthdays.

This has become really common, unfortunately. I see "a naturally gluten free food" on everything that fits that description.

Did you ever think... Just maybe. Like, I am just saying this MAY be a possibility - that the label/marketing isn't supposed to be taken seriously? Or that they don't actually think all of that?
