Bacon - 3 rashers, fried
Eggs - 2, fried sunny side up with salt and pepper
Mushrooms - a handful, sliced and fried
Jalapenos - about half a handful, sliced and fried
Tomato - half, sliced and fried
Baked Beans - half a can, heated in saucepan with worcester sauce and hot sauce
Lager - 1 can, chilled

It was delicious.

You should be able to find most everything, but so you know, that tomato sauce is just plain, basic canned spaghetti sauce. The hot sauce used (which can be omitted) is a basic vinegar pepper sauce.

If you want a more "traditonal" version, omit the bacon and try to find some saltpork/fatback/hamhocks (smoked for a preference) instead -- basically just any smoked cut of fatty pork that's usually considered trash.

You can leave out the hamburger meat entirely if you want.

Obviously better results if you use real beef stock and real garlic.

Bellpeppers also work well in this (roasted for the win).

If you choose to use a european style mustard, remember that they generally have a lot more bite and are less vinegary than US yellow mustard. Might be better to just sub in mustard powder and some vinegar for more authentic flavor.

I want to point out that I work a fairly labor intensive job (any one of my days can involve 16lbs sledge hammers and 48"pipe wrenches), only work 6 months out of the year (30 days on, 30 days off), train engineers, interview prospective engineers for employment, and make $278,000 US without having a degree.

Since this is 4chan, you won't believe me, but I hasten to point out that the 80s did a huge disservice to trades, many of which can be very lucrative, but they don't come with bullshit social so people run and hide from them and parents pushed children away from them. now is my career path the norm? Nope. I'm generally the smartest person in the room and am always the hardest worker. Not everyone has my level of ability to acquire new skills and understanding of systems or the dedication to spend off time to build their marketable worth. But does that mean it's also unlikely that a comfortable life can be had? Hell no. I regularly see 20 year old people making 2-3x what most degreed people make, and these are greenhorns with no work experience to speak of.

Find your niche, master it, and enjoy life.

Since I just did my taxes, let me share a number with you: I spent $33k last year traveling for pleasure after putting $160k down on a house. I'm not even trying to brag, just let you know that the almighty college degree isn't the only out even best route for many.

In fairness, if all you know is major chain supermarket tomatoes, they do suck. Tomatoes are one of the few things that I'm anal about getting locally grown (usually my own) and in season. Full English is absolute plebian heresy.

Full Irish is much better, we don't have baked beans (wtf are they even there for), and usually no veg (though it's becoming depressingly common to have a disgusting fried tomato or mushrooms in it), and we have white pudding as well as black pudding, which is amazing. Our sausages are also much better, Bong sausages are grey shit.

This breakfast is best experienced when you've had a few drinks the night before- your body is crying out for grease and protein, so you wolf it down.

Favourable mention must go to the Breakfast Roll, essentially a full irish in a baguette, which is hangover food like nothing you've ever seen.

I'm struggling to find a pic that's representative, but imo a good full Irish should have the following:

>black pudding (Clonakilty is best, but individual butchers have different styles so its worth shopping around if you're in Cork or somewhere, as we have the English Market butchers)
