Trying to hit a calorie goal with protein is stupid. Body can only metabolize 20g/protein per hour.

It's confusing as hell. The chicken I buy now has the calories listed on it. If the "brand" of the chicken has a website maybe look it up there. But yeah cooking it will change it a little.
