This is the best sandwich I have ever made. It's a bit complicated though, not the kind of thing you would make regularly:

Start with a fresh sourdough loaf. You can get them from a bakery but use this recipe if you want it fresh from the oven:

Slice in half horizontally and evenly toast both sides, preferably with an open flame rather than a toaster oven (might not even be possible depending on how big you made the loaf)

Spread cream cheese (both sides)

Add pickles (dill), sliced boiled egg, and a few sprigs of fresh dill

Next I used wild game bird. I live in the country so I was lucky enough to find one outside my house, some kind of thrush if I'm not mistaken. After cleaning the bird, I thoroughly ground it and cooked it on my stovetop at medium heat for nearly 20 minutes, to ensure that there weren't any viruses or parasites present. I would strongly advise against substituting cooked chicken, as I found the gamey taste really added to the flavor of the sandwich. I understand not everyone has access to wild game, however, so finely ground duck breast could suffice.

Add sliced cucumber

Fresh roma tomatoes and yellow onions

Tears (for salt)

Veal cutlet with rosemary and thyme prepared sous-vide at 185 degrees

4 strips of bacon

And finally I added the soul of a dead lobster.

When I lived in Spain, I would get 'un bocadillo de lomo con queso y cebolla' - a sandwich with pork loin, cheese and onion.

A small crusty baguette cut in half. Drizzle the inside with olive oil, then rub a garlic clove on each side. After that squash a tomato on it, just for the juice. (discard the flesh). Add salt, then fill it with thin slices of fried pork, add cheese and fried onion.
Stick it under a grill for a minute. Add on whatever you want.

It is the best sandwich I've ever had.
