Liver and onions with boiled potatoes and mustard greens.

Got chicken livers, soaked them in milk. Cut a big onion into rings and fried it with some oil. Dusted the livers with flour and then fried in the same oil after taking the onions out. Combined.

Boiled two yukon gold potatoes, I just eat 'em plain.

Don't *ever* buy a Global knife. They are shitty as fuck. The only people who buy Global knives are retarded yuppies.

Look into the Wusthof classic line or the Henckels Pro S line. Both very high quality, only difference between them is the weight, so that's personal preference. The henckels one is lighter and it's mostly for women and pussies. Since you were considering Global you'll probably like that one better.

I apologize op.. ya'all might not like it much, but hamburger chili with pork and beans, or crock pot Sheppard pie for tommorow...Ground beef, Campbell beef and barley soup, mix. large can veg all, no salt, drained, layer of instant mashed potatoes, sprinkle some cheese A beer or 5 oh wait.I forgot, I was speaking to ck, perfect in every way...easy shepherds pie.add mushrooms (yes canned).not bad. I certainly have eaten worse, when people "innovate". but your deal, not mine.

Yeah, I usually try to put something green for every meal. Didn't realize I was out until the last minute. I usually keep green beans, peas, or greens around.

>> No.6350817

Thanks : )
No tomato. I mess around with it a lot but this time went

>rice bran oil
>1/2 a chilli seeds in, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 a teaspoon 5 spice
>brown them
>carrot and beans in + salt and pepper
>fry low heat, add a bit of rice wine
>add some sesame oil when they soften
>rice and peas in
>stirring/ scraping constantly, high heat
>good splash of soy, tsp sugar, tiny bit of baoning vinegar
>taste, add sugar/ soy/ salt/ vinegar/ pepper as needed
>when rice gets a decent amount of crispy bits add 2 eggs
>mix in eggs, barely any more cooking
>in goes chopped corriander

It's a lot harder getting a big amount right. A wok would probably make it easier. One of those cooking times I can enjoy being alone :, (

Other times having to make small portions sucks.

I really only eat like one meal a day, around like 2 PMish on my off days

Chef let us take some of our 25-day brined veal tongues bc apparently this new dude we fired didn't add enough pink salt to keep them pink, so I took one home and made some huevos rancheros with brown butter caramelized onions, avocados, cherry tomatoes, seared sliced veal tongue, garlic and cilantro

I served it with some home made corn tortillas, crema, lime, and I made a citrus salad with blood orange, orange, and pomelo, and used the weird carcasses I got supreming mad citrus to make a citrus basil sparkling tea

my friends were all about it
