What's with the sudden influx of fish sandwiches at fast food places?
BK, Arbys and Carl's Jr all just recently came out with new fish sandwiches.
Also McDonalds is running promotions for their fish filet.
Is this the new le epic trend like the pretzel bun was last year?

Wendy's has one, too. Drove through the other day and they asked if I wanted one. I laughed and ordered the spicy chicken.

I adore the Fish Filet at McDonalds. I don't usually like cream of tartar but that junk is "the bomb". Do we still say 'the bomb' ?

catholics. Although the rules are a lot laxer nowadays. Like it used to be they were supposed to eat fish on friday (no other meat). Something something, they aren't allowed to eat meat after christmas until easter. something like that.

but the church has relaxed these rules a lot, but some die hards still stick to it. My dad converted to catholic for his first marriage and he still fixes tuna, fish sticks or a fish sandwich every friday.

The Church is a living, breathing entity. Those rules are current.

Pescatarians, maybe?

A lot of people are adopting this fad diet where they are vegetarian but still get to eat fish.

yes but they don't care as much now. They won't excommunicate you if you get caught eating beef during lint or whatever now.

isn't it lent or something?

>> No.6304454

you're all idiots if you don't know this is all for lent. That's why the fish adds begin in march.
