Everyday stuff I like a lot of light, nutty cheeses like Jarlsberg and some Emmentals. Can't beat a good cheddar though for a treat. Pic related has a really strong mature taste while still being surprisingly creamy.

I like quesadillas and shredding four blocks of cheese to get the same results is just stupid.

My favorite cheese to eat by itself is probably pepperjack or havarti with horseradish and chives. I really prefer cheeses that have peppers and chives and horseradish and garlic and that sort of thing.

American cheese is a mixture of different cheeses, primarily cheddar, but can vary in actual content.

American cheese "product" is an emulsion of cheese and oil which you buy in individually packaged slices.

I love pretty much all cheese, except goat cheese. Inb4 why not goat cheese, faggot. I grew up on a ranch and we raised goats (along with other livestock as well), and goat cheese tastes to me exactly like goats smell. I think it's an olfactory memory, because I know other people who raised goats and don't like goat cheese either. Other than that, I like it all. I'm actually about to eat some burrata, with lemon olive oil and black pepper on some crusty, toasted bread.
