OP, what's the prep actually like for your lobster there? Between a few times eating there I've either had chewy lobster or cold, slimy lobster. I went to another place in the area, locally owned, and they cooked me a lobster tail that fucking melted and fell apart in my mouth and I'll never forget it.

Also, can customers buy an entire chocolate wave cake if they wanted? Or are they pre-sliced and wrapped/delivered to you like that?

Well how did you get it? Our baked is the best option, its cooking is carefully timed. (baked still has a high chance of sitting under the heat lamp for eons, though.)
Everything else is just chucked in the steamer or grill press as till such time someone remembers it is meant for consumption.

Fried shirmp and a baked potato on the left. Both look shitty: the potato's skin is clearly soggy and limp, the shrimp look overcooked.

Shrimp in a butter sauce in the blue oval plate. They also look overcooked.

"Lobster" tail to the right of that, then a crab cluster.

Why'd I call it "lobster" instead of lobster? Because it's not real lobster. You see those little round spots on the tail? That right there is a spiny lobster--a different animal altogether. It lacks claws. It's a cheap substitute sold in place of proper lobster.
