so made some wet scrambled eggs. decadent shit. poured it on a plate with soem hummus. toasted a large wheat tortilla with cheddar sprinkled on it.

the wrap toasted perfect as shit. folded it into quarters and plopped it next to the yellow eggs gloop and brown hummus gloop.

shit was so perfect. for breakfast.
any other things that go well with this concept of eating? i coudl easily eat TNS of wrap bread and various dips. itd be cool to start gathering up a knowledge of things that go well with the bread

looks a little like this. had some garnish and seasoning in their so the color was a lil different and more specks, but quite good. had clumps, but immersed in an egg-butter sauce

bump.

i realize that i typed wet eggs and posted eggs that werent similiar to what i made earlier.

they were wet in that they were stirred nonstop in a pot with a portion or butter. they were heated slowly until it was heated throughout, but was still mroe of a thickish scoopable amorphous mash of eggs bits.

not the slippery slimy water eggs crap of the mcdonalds.

I like my eggs like that. Can't stand it when they're all dry and solid. They should almost be the consistency of porridge, which as you said is done by constant stirring. But then I love my scrambled eggs mixed with a bunch of Kraft American cheese so what do I know.
