How are Little Debbie treats so inexpensive for how good they are?

>Reeses Sticks go for like $1 and you only get two measly sticks
>Little Debbie Nutty Bars are much larger than Reeses Sticks and you get a whole BOX of them for under $2.

Do you non-Americans here, do you even get Little Debbie stuff where you live?

>> No.6266149

'cause they're mostly whipped shortening and white flour.

dirt cheap ingredient.

I don't think that there is a person alive who could go a night locked in a room with a box of Oatmeal Creme Pies and not eat most, if not all, that night.

Really?

Even if they do use dirt cheap ingredients, Little Debbie stuff is so good.

because they reduced the size by about 50% of all their products over the years

I ate a whole box of cosmic brownies in 10 minutes once then threw up after, but did not regret it. Those things are so fucking good.

I used to eat those everyday as a kid at lunch. Though the exact brownies I had like that had nuts instead of rainbow candy pieces.

I honestly don't get the opportunity to eat brownies much anymore. I never buy brownies, it's always something that other people have to offer to me, but brownies are so damn good. I think they're made even better by the fact now that I only eat them maybe once every few years.

Is there anything similar to Jos Louis in the US? I'm not sure if they are sold there.

Hostess Dingdongs are pretty much identical to that and Hostess Snack Cakes in general are like bigger versions of them.

It always annoys me when I see people buying flamin' hot cheetos and candy bars and shit with their food stamps, and corner stores without the slightest bit of produce market to them. They hang up big signs outside their store "WE ACCEPT LINK". The purpose of the stamps aren't to aid you in your constant consumption of snacks and junk foods. It's so you can BUY NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR YOURSELF AND/OR YOUR FAMILY. Shit like that gives poor people a bad name. I'm not into politics or anything but why does the government need to assist you in buying a snickers bar? I'm not saying people shouldn't be buying sweets and whatnot along with their regular groceries just because they're on government aid but if you're at some glorified gas station buying 20$ worth of snacks then the money certainly is better spent elsewhere.

They've got two size tiers, they go back and forth (they switch to the bigger size every time there's a price hike, so you think you're getting more, then later they switch to the smaller one for the same price)

I use to get high, find these at the corner store, and eat two or three boxes in college. Then go to taco bell across the street.

I have no idea how I'm still skinny.
